Unity Line is the greatest Polish carrier in the cargo branch. The ferries which are under the company’s management take more than 65% of all freight across the Baltic Sea – all the railway transport between Poland and Sweden and more than 63% of lorry transport.
The Marketing department sets and introduces marketing strategy of UNITY LINE and assures its coherent and consistent realisation. Each task and target is aimed at creating a value that will be recognisable on the market and attractive for consumers. The subject of all marketing actions of UNITY LINE is each and every client with their expectations, needs and experience. The mission of the Marketing Department, therefore, is creating a pleasant long-term relationship with regular and potential customers. The focus of activities directed at the task is first of all the coordination of PR activities and managing the net of "touch points" - places of contact with customer - which means fairs, recreational events, sponsoring actions, and websites. The Marketing Department also supervises all projects realised by an advertising agency, prepared both for the Polish and Scandinavian market. Both direct and indirect contact with customers is based on intense developing their positive impressions about UNITY LINE's brand name and strengthening the image of the company on the market.
