The prices refer to 10 one-way ferry passages. The carnet is valid for 12 months from the date of the first departure. The vehicle offers are valid only for cars of a maximum height of 2 meters and maximum length of 6 meters. The price does not include a bunker surcharge.
Conditions of using the offer on a 10-passage ticket
- The offer of the 10-passage ticket is available only for individual Clients and for companies paying for journeys of their employees.
- The offer may be booked and purchased at a Unity Line office or an office of one of its Partners all around the country. In cases of buying the offer in an office of one of Unity Line's Partners, claiming a 10-passage ticket will be possible on the first day of passage at the ferry Terminal where the journey starts.
- The offer should be bought on the day of booking and no later than 3 working days before the first trip planned. Not making the payment before the deadline stated above causes the automatic cancellation of the booking in the Unity Line system.
- Confirmation is given upon receiving a main booking number and a special 10-passage ticket containing 10 vouchers entitling the passenger to 10 passages on the m/f Polonia and the m/f Skania ferries within 12 months from the first cruise noted.
- One voucher corresponds with one one-way passage. Vouchers shall be torn off only at ferry Terminals on the day of passage.
- The following cruises within the 10-passage ticket must absolutely be declared in a Unity Line office or an office of one of its Partners all around the country, no later than 24 working hours before the planned trip. In order to make a booking the main booking number of the 10-passage ticket must be presented.
- When making a booking for the following cruises, a Passenger is obliged to present the main booking number. In cases of "a car+5" offer, when making a booking a Passenger is additionally obliged to give the names and surnames of all passengers travelling with him/her. Changing the names and surnames on the departure day will not be possible. In special cases it may be permitted to change a maximum of two (2) surnames on the day of departure directly at the terminal.
- After making a booking for the following cruise within the 10-passage ticket, a Passenger will obtain a number for the following booking which he must provide at the check-in. At the Passenger's request it is possible to print a booking confirmation.
- Booking passages with a so called "open" return date in cases of the 10-passage ticket will not be accepted. When making a two-way booking, a Passenger is obliged to provide a specific return date. Changing the return day will be possible by notifying the change at the Unity Line Office or an office of one of its Partners, the change, however, must be declared no later than 24 working hours before the planned trip.
- Bunker surcharge extra payment is charged only once, at the booking and purchase of the 10-passage ticket.
- All additional arrangements not covered by the offer of the 10-passage ticket (that is cabins, trailers) ought to be declared no later than 24 working hours before the planned trip in a Unity Line office or an office of one of its Partners. Additional payment for these arrangements, however, will be levied only on the day of the trip at ferry Terminals.
- Both the 10-passage ticket and vouchers must be presented at the ferry terminals. The journey will not be possible if the 10-passage ticket is not presented at check-in. The Passenger will be obliged to buy a new ticket and to pay for it at the booking office at the Terminal.
- The offer of a 10-passage ticket is non-refundable after purchase.
- Lost and destroyed 10-passage tickets will neither be refunded nor duplicated. The Passenger who has lost/destroyed a 10-passage ticket will not be able to use passages paid for and booked before, nor will he receive a refund for unused passages. In such cases the Passenger will have to book and purchase a new offer.
- A Passenger using the offer of a 10-passage ticket is obliged to read the Carrier's Regulations and the Standard Conditions of Passenger and Luggage carriage.
